Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) – Remote California 100% Remote | $70–$80/Hour | 1099 Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule | 20+ Hours/Week Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) to provide virtual mental health care as 1099 independent contractors . This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour , flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability. Please note: Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted California license. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted California license ( LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD] ) Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability Preferred Qualifications Telehealth experience Licensure in multiple states Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts Additional language proficiency (Spanish is highly desirable) Experience working with diverse or underserved populations Compensation & Engagement Type $70–$80/hour 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation within the posted range is based on relevant clinical expertise, years of experience, and licensure.
