**Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) — Field Clinician** - **Comp:** - Breakdown: $44.40 per point - **Schedule:** Full-time Monday–Friday + (on call rotation required) - **Location:** Field-based (Woodlands Pod) **Who we are:** Adaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered, skilled home health mode.
