This is a permanent onshore role within our Equipment Rental Business Line. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the service, repair & test of rigging & lifting equipment and to assist in carrying out the inspection, and recertification of company owned and client equipment. Other main duties and responsibilities will include;Responsible for inspection, service, repair & test of all rigging & lifting equipment in accordant with in-house procedures, LOLER Regulations and authority matrixResponsible for examination of new lifting accessories and unique identification number prior to supplyResponsible for performing function tests & loads tests as requiredResponsible for providing support for other workshop staff as requiredResponsible for ensuring workshop is kept clean & tidy and all company equipment is kept in good orderThe RequirementsTo be successful for this position you will have previous experience in a mechanical role. You will ideally have experience with the inspection, service, repair & test of all rigging & lifting equipment and have good knowledge & understanding of LOLER Regulations and LEEA Guidelines. The Role and Responsibilities
