Team/Role Overview: The Loan Operations Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region. The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan. What you’ll do: · Investigate and resolve cash exceptions and payable/receivable items · Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management · Build relationships throughout the business to establish a peer network. · Resolve complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards. · Seek to improve operational procedures and controls within the group.
