Job description

Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across various market segments. Promote the bank’s credit products and achieve assigned loan acquisition and disbursement targets. Conduct needs assessments to match customers with suitable loan products. Bachelor’s degree in, business, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years’ proven experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of credit processes and documentation requirements. Our client - a Fintech company, is looking to hire an experienced and a result-driven Credit Acquisition Officer to join it’s team. Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria
