We’re looking for a **dependable, safety‑minded Non-CDL Driver** with **experience driving 26ft box trucks** to support our healthcare routes in the **Stow, OH** area. This role is perfect for a driver who values **consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work** that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day. You’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top‑tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route. **Meet our drivers:** **Work site: 5010 Hudson Drive, Stow, OH 44224** **\*\*This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!\*\*** ### What will your job involve? ### **Driving & Route Responsibilities** - Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers - Operate company vehicles **up to 26’ box trucks** - Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service - Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues - Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections - Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections ### **Physical & Customer‑Facing Work** - Load and unload containers throughout the day (**heavy lifting required**) - Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs - Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service ### What are we looking for? - **Valid drivers license** or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card - **Professional experience** operating**26’ box trucks** - Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections - Confidence completing **Level 1–3 DOT road checks** - Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers - Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude - Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business - **Opportunities for overtime** - **Consistent work hours** – Weekday position, 4 10-hour days, 1st Shift **(5AM to ~3PM)** - **Benefits** – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!! - **Permanent position –** This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week - **Competitive salary –** This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of **$24 per hour!** - Note to **CDL drivers**, CDL holders receive $27 per hour or $28 with valid hazmat endorsement - **SIGN ON BONUS!** - This position includes a $3k sign on bonus paid in 2 installments ($1k after 30 days, $2k after 90 days of employment)
