For questions, Please email RESPONSIBILITIES: TICKET VERIFICATION ▪Communicate, monitor, and enforce standardized warehouse operating procedures. ▪Maintain an accurate and reliable parts return and inventory control system. ▪Review and validate warranty claim data against the physical inventory of returned parts. ▪Manage inbound and outbound shipments using various shipping carriers. ▪Procure new inventory items and special-order components as required. ▪Maintain stock levels of consumable materials and supplies. ▪Handle additional tasks and special assignments as needed. ▪Collaborate proactively with team members and cross-functional departments. ▪Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends, based on operational needs. BINNING OF PARTS ▪Systematically organize and categorize vehicle parts within the warehouse according to predefined binning protocols. ▪Ensure parts are stored and located efficiently for quick access and accurate retrieval. ▪Regularly evaluate and improve the binning system for optimal efficiency. ▪Receive vehicle parts from suppliers and service centers and process them for storage. ▪Accurately track and record the location and quantity of all parts stored in the warehouse. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ▪High School Diploma or GED ▪Prior experience in a parts department, warehouse, or logistics environment ▪Strong written and verbal communication skills ▪Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy ▪Proven ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality results ▪Capability to analyze and interpret internal reports ▪Effective performance in both independent and team-oriented settings within a fast-paced environment ▪Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary software systems ▪Must possess a valid driver’s license PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: ▪Previous experience in a start-up or high-paced environment ▪OEM parts or technician training ▪Valid forklift certification
