Key Responsibilities
- Review and process logistics, shipping, customs, and transportation documentation
- Accurately enter and update information in multiple database systems
- Validate shipment information, invoices, manifests, orders, and supporting documents
- Review tariff classifications, product information, and shipment records according to established guidelines
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
- Verify data accuracy and completeness before processing transactions
- Work efficiently across multiple applications, screens, and dual-monitor environments
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

Requirements
