# Logistics Supervisor > Linah Group · Al Dokki, Egypt · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-02 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Supply Chain ## Description - Supervise daily inbound, outbound, and export logistics operations. - Coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment execution. - Ensure timely delivery while maintaining required service levels. - Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation for accuracy and compliance. - Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues and delays. - Coordinate with Planning, Sales ,Finance and external logistics providers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international logistics regulations. - Manage relationships and performance of transporters, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. - Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports. - Ensure effective communication and coordination across the supply chain and the Commercial team. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service. - Identify logistics risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure document retention in accordance with company requirements. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. - **3–5 years of experience** in logistics operations (Inbound and outbound). - Familiarity with health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements , reefer exportation ,and subsidy file. - Experience in handling operational problem solving. - Proven track record of reducing operational costs, and enhancing service levels. - Familiarity with KPIs and performance measurement - MTS (NAFEZA) - Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Computer Skills (ERP / Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) ## Benefits - Medical insurance - Social insurance - Annual Bonus Based on KPIs - Discount on Linah Farms's Products ## Apply [Apply at Linah Group](https://apply.workable.com/linah-group/j/F10D7D4C41/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
