This role supports Sales by building positive customer relationships, providing product education, maintaining strong communication regarding account needs and market feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Logistics Support also assists with fulfillment, inventory, and other distribution activities as needed. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied schedules and across multiple facility locations based on business needs.
