[What the role is] [LTA-PT] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION [What you will be working on] You will be part of the Public Transport Promotion team, supporting initiatives to enhance commuter experience and promote inclusive public transport. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Logistics coordination for outreach events and community engagement activities, including venue sourcing, vendor liaison, and on-site support. Liaison with community partners, public transport operators and government agencies for event coordination and outreach activities. Database management for volunteer and participant records. Assistance with commuter experience improvement initiatives. Procurement and support for other operational task as needed to meet the division's objectives including management of awards and recognition programmes. [What we are looking for] Knowledge in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in events coordination, data. management, or community engagement may have an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset.
