**Salary:** $150k-$250k + a performance-based bonus & share options **Location:** US Remote + regular travel across the US ## **About Lawhive** Lawhive is a global, AI-native law firm. Operating in the US and UK, we’ve built our own agentic operating system for legal services. We partner with leading Main Street law firms to give lawyers and back-office teams the AI platform, marketing, and operational support to grow faster than they could alone. Our specialized AI agent for legal work, Lawrence, works alongside lawyers, putting human legal judgment right where it belongs: at the center of every matter. We're backed by a $60M Series B at a $685M valuation, from investors including Google Ventures, TQ Ventures, Mitch Rales, Balderton Capital and Premier League footballers Harry Maguire and Reece James. In the last few years we've hit milestone after milestone, raising over $110M in funding. Today, we're on track to exceed $100 million in annual revenue, and we have offices in London, New York, Austin, and Phoenix. So if you want your work to have real, tangible impact as we redefine an entire industry, Lawhive is where you can make it happen. ## **The Role** We're growing rapidly across the US by partnering with established law firms and transforming how they operate. Through these partnerships, Lawhive takes responsibility for the firm's back-office operations, bringing teams and processes onto our operating model while giving lawyers access to our AI-powered platform. This involves replacing legacy practice management systems, migrating data and workflows, and improving how firms operate day to day. As our first M&A Integration Lead, you'll own the end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive, overseeing both operational integration and product migration. You'll work closely with our M&A Team as well as teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Operations to ensure each firm transitions smoothly, from initial planning through to successful go-live. But this role is about more than delivering individual integrations. We're looking for someone who has done this at scale before and can help us build a better way of doing it. You'll create the processes and playbooks that make every integration faster, smoother and more repeatable, using AI and automation to reduce manual work as we grow. You'll also spend time onsite with our partner firms, understanding how they operate and helping them successfully adopt our platform. ## **Why This Role Matters** - You’re the first M&A Integration Lead at Lawhive. You’ll design how Lawhive brings new partner firms onto its platform and build the playbook every future integration runs on. - You’ll play a critical role in our US expansion. The speed at which we grow depends on how effectively we bring new firms onto Lawhive. You’ll use AI and automation to make each integration faster, smoother and more scalable. - You’ll shape the team. As we grow, we plan to build dedicated M&A Integration teams, and you’ll set the standard for how they operate. - You’ll change how law firms work. Law is one of the oldest industries and is going through a radical shift which we’re driving. You’ll be at the forefront of this. Every firm you move onto Lawhive gets the tools to serve clients faster and better. ## **What You'll Bring** - Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations. You've owned complex business integrations, platform migrations or implementations end to end, often managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can demonstrate the results. - Experience building scalable processes. You've developed or significantly improved migration playbooks, workflows or integration processes, making integrations faster, smoother and more repeatable. - A track record of successful go-lives. You've delivered migrations on time, ensuring data accuracy, strong user adoption and minimal disruption to the business. - Strong cross-functional project management. You're confident coordinating teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations and external partners, managing dependencies and keeping everyone accountable. - Excellent stakeholder management. You build trust, communicate clearly and manage expectations, whether you're working with senior leaders, technical teams or people on the ground. - A proactive, organized and data-driven approach. You can manage multiple moving parts, identify risks early and use metrics such as time to go-live, post-launch issues and adoption to continuously improve performance. - A hands-on mindset. You're comfortable spending time onsite with partner firms and travelling regularly across the US. **Bonus Points If You Have** - Experience implementing or migrating case management platforms. - Experience working with law firms, legal technology or professional services. ## Interview process - Introductory call with our Talent team - First stage interview - Practical skills assessment interview - Values interview with one of our Founders - We offer! ## Benefits - 🩺 Healthcare benefits: 'Premium' plan with 100% employee cover and 50% dependent cover - ✈️ Vacation: 20 days + 11 Federal holidays + 1 day of Birthday leave - 💰 401k: Matching contribution up to 2% of salary - 💰 Meaningful early-stage share options - 💻 Top-spec Macbook - ⛳️ Regular team building activities and socials! **Diversity at Lawhive** At Lawhive we know that diversity of thought is critical to delivering outlier outcomes.
