Ensure the seamless alignment and incorporation of the acquired company’s logistics system into the Group’s overall logistics framework. 您将如何贡献和成长？ Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Lead logistics due diligence for target companies; identify and evaluate operational risks and strategic opportunities. Post-Merger Integration: Oversee and drive the integration of newly acquired logistics management systems into the Group framework. Safety & Compliance: Strengthen safety management systems within newly acquired entities to ensure full regulatory and corporate safety compliance. Team Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain costs and maximize operational efficiency. 您是合适的人选么？ Requirements / Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience: 8+ years of experience in hazardous materials / dangerous goods (DG) transportation management. 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics fleet management. Prior experience in large chemical or industrial gas companies is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in written English for daily business and technical communication.
