What You’ll Be Doing
Machine Setup & Operation
- Set up, changeover, and calibrate production machinery for different product requirements
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to maintain production flow
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor machine performance throughout the shift
- Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues quickly to minimise downtime
Routine Maintenance
- Complete routine checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Escalate more complex mechanical problems to the engineering team
Quality Control
- Check product quality regularly to ensure standards are met
- Adjust machine settings when necessary to maintain consistency
Reporting & Recordkeeping
- Accurately document machine settings, faults, and performance data
- Maintain clear, audit‑ready records
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow Operators, Setters and Shift Leaders
- Support continuous improvement and efficient production flow
Health & Safety
- Follow all site safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and SOPs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
