As a Firmware Engineering - Connected Physical Products and IOT - Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative firmware solutions for connected devices, enhancing product functionality and user experience. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your strategic vision and technical skills to drive impactful solutions in the realm of connected physical products and IoT. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining the firm's quality standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities - Leading the development and implementation of firmware for connected physical products and IoT solutions - Managing product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, confirming alignment with manufacturing strategies - Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product positioning and strategy - Overseeing operations management and supply chain processes to optimize production efficiency - Utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance product development processes - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace emerging technologies - Developing go-to-market strategies and managing product roadmaps to achieve growth objectives - Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional development and performance - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support product ideation and execution - Confirming compliance with industry standards and regulations within product development activities What You Must Have - Master's/ B achelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Embracing emerging technologies and innovation - Developing strategic product roadmaps and positioning - Managing product lifecycle and manufacturing strategies - Utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies - Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis - Leading operations and supply chain management initiatives - Excelling in coaching and feedback for team development Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date August 31, 2026
