Maintenance Fitter

Job description

Primo are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our dedicated onsite team at our production facility at Wacol. You will directly contribute to the reliability, safety and efficiency of our three production lines through proactive and planned maintenance. This role offers an opportunity for work/life balance with no rotating roster. Choose the shift that works for you: Day shift: Monday to Friday, approximately 5am - 1pm Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, approximately 2pm - 10pm Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment Complete activities for production start-ups and/or shutdown Conduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineering Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks Work with our planners and automation technicians to ensure lines are efficient and productive every day What You'll Bring Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Willingness to learn and retain knowledge Motivated, proactive and safety-conscious attitude Why Join Primo?
