**FII USA, Inc.,** a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our PCBA manufacturing facility. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Maintenance Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The **Maintenance Manager** will develop and execute maintenance strategy, ensure long-term equipment reliability, and lead a team of technicians and supervisors to support high-volume SMT operations while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
