Install, repair and maintain fixtures, fittings, furniture and hotel equipment. Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and team members. Keep tools, equipment and work areas organised, safe and well maintained. Work closely with the Maintenance team, hotel departments and external contractors to deliver quality outcomes. Assist with basic grounds and outdoor maintenance when required. Maintain accurate records of completed works and ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in line with hotel standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys variety and wants to be part of the team behind a fresh, newly renovated hotel experience. What We’re Looking For: You’re a practical, reliable and solutions-focused person who enjoys keeping things working, looking their best and running smoothly. You’ll ideally bring: Previous experience in a handyperson, maintenance or facilities role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Practical skills across general repairs, carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and minor electrical work. Confidence using a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively. A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving maintenance issues. Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple requests. A strong commitment to workplace health and safety and maintaining clean, safe work areas. A friendly, flexible and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to assist across the hotel when needed. Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends or on-call shifts as required. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are desirable, but practical experience and a can-do attitude are just as important. Join a hotel that is a member of the Accor network, whose group brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. Here, we believe in you and what you bring to the table. There are many opportunities for development and advancement.
