This role performs hands‑on maintenance work while providing guidance, task prioritization, and oversight to Maintenance and Porter staff. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures facilities are clean, safe, operational, and maintained to company standards while serving as a key point of contact for maintenance‑related issues.
