Position at Pilgrim's Essential Duties: Perform troubleshooting and maintenance Complete work orders Able to work around raw food product Provide leadership to mechanics and electricians Requirements: Able to read, write, and speak English Capable of working without direct supervision Able to climb, stoop, kneel, and bend Able to frequently lift 50 lbs. Ability to work with others in a team environment Basic mechanical ability Capable of working 5 to 7 days a week Able to make quick and correct decisions Speed, consistency, and accuracy in tasks, meeting precise standards Interpersonal skills sufficient for working closely with others on a team Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment, performing a variety of frequently changing tasks Ability to perform effectively under stress in situations dangerous to self or others. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
