If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in its community, this could be a great fit. **What We Offer To Our Maintenance Technicians** - **Pay:** $24-27/hour (pay specific to 3Sixty Flats property) - **On-call pay:** - $150/week (calls or no calls) - Additional $150 per holiday on-call - **Quarterly bonus:** Up to $980 based on property and team performance - **Benefits:** - Rent discount - PTO, paid holidays, birthday time off - Medical, dental, vision - 401(k) with company match - Employee Assistance Program - Referral program **Your Schedule as a Maintenance Technician** - Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) - Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team **What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician** - Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments - Assist with apartment turns and make-readies - Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items - Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas - Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly **What We’re Looking For In A Maintenance Technician** - At least **3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience** - **EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)** - Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems - Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems - Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work - Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently - A reliable team player - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks **Physical & Technical Requirements** - Reliable transportation - Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.) - Ability to drive a golf cart - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round - Ability to climb stairs and ladders - Experience using hand and power tools - Background check required **Why Weinstein Properties** We own and manage our communities, which means: - Consistent standards - Supportive leadership - Real opportunities for advancement - Many of our team members grow their careers here—and we actively support that growth. **Interested?** If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, **apply online today**.
