If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in its community, this could be a great fit. **What We Offer Our Maintenance Technicians** - **Pay:** starting at $20/hour **|** $21/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified) - **On-call pay:** - $150/week (calls or no calls) - Additional $150 per holiday on-call - **Quarterly bonus:** Up to $980 based on property and team performance - **Benefits:** - Rent discount - PTO, paid holidays, birthday time off - Medical, dental, vision - 401(k) with company match - Employee Assistance Program - Referral program **Maintenance Technician - Make Ready Schedule** - Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) - Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team **What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician** - Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments - Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed - Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis - Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas - Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly **What We’re Looking For In Our Maintenance Technicians** - At least **1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience** - **No HVAC certification required** if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified - EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus! - Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work - Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks **Physical & Technical Requirements of a Maintenance Technician** - Reliable transportation - Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.) - Ability to drive a golf cart - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round - Ability to climb stairs and ladders - Experience using hand and power tools - Background check required **Why Weinstein Properties** We own and manage our communities, which means: - Consistent standards - Supportive leadership - Real opportunities for advancement Many of our team members grow their careers here—and we actively support that growth. **Interested?** If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, **apply online today**.
