Veeva Systems is looking for a Managed Services Consultant who has a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision. Veeva Vault, our cloud-based content management and collaboration solution, is used by our customers to manage content-centric processes across key departments within a life sciences company, including clinical trials, quality management, manufacturing, regulatory, sales, and marketing. The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our Professional Services team who provides remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to our live R&D Vault customers. In this role, you can build long-term relationships and partner with customer administrators at life sciences companies to deliver solutions that meet their business needs. ### What You’ll Do - Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite - Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications - Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements - Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices - Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams ### Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English - 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions - Experience in working in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations - Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions - Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of multiple clients - At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience ### Nice to Have - Project Management experience - Understanding of life science content management principles, types, and taxonomies - Understanding of life science compliance requirements
