We combine deep industry expertise with consulting and technology capabilities to help leading financial institutions solve complex strategic and transformation challenges. Across APAC and globally, we work with banks and financial institutions on initiatives spanning digital strategy, business transformation, operating model design, technology transformation and large-scale change. You will work with senior client stakeholders to assess existing digital banking capabilities, identify strategic opportunities and gaps, evaluate future-state options, and translate these into clear recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps. Depending on the engagement, this may include reviewing a bank's digital portfolio, customer propositions, channels, capabilities, operating model, technology landscape and market footprint, and defining how these should evolve to support future business priorities. This is a strategy and advisory-focused role rather than a traditional project delivery position.
