Job Descriptions: This programme is aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector. It equips our candidates with strong management skills and the relevant industry best practices. This six-month programme will be conducted across our plantations in Indonesia. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistic Management, or Tranpostation Management Minimum GPA 3.0 Fresh graduates and those with a year of working experience Preferably those participated in college organisations such as BEM, DMPU etc. Willing to attend training for 6 months (3 months in class training and 3 months OJT) and a bond period of two years Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills Strong team player Willing to be placed in any of our plantations Location Training : Batu Ampar - Kalimantan Selatan " Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person .
