THE PROGRAM Duration: 12 - 18 months Comprehensive development program incl. core modules Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management Assignments across Italy Exciting and challenging projects to implement systems and improve processes Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path YOUR PROFILE Professional education plus 1-2 years of experience in hospitality with an excellent track record of performance Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty Strong focus on results and understanding of the business Excellent communication skills Cultural savvy and international mindset You have very good written and spoken English and Italian skills, other languages are an advantage Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the traineeship assignments to various MEININGER locations Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage MEININGER OFFERS There’s a ton of good reasons to join our MEININGER Team: We offer a professional and fun work environment with a truly diverse team in which everyone is encouraged to be who they are.
