Responsibilities : Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per Plan in Forged Valve Assembly Completion of production orders within lead time. Monitoring the production booking in the shift. Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis. Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities undefined Co-ordinate for third party inspection and offer valves for inspection. Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED/ Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan. undefined Complying ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification requirements undefined Complying API & TSG certification requirements Authorities: Assigning work to the operators Manpower mapping based on workload Machine loading plan based on schedule Material follow up with respective team Accountabilities: Ontime delivery of valves Resolving assembly related issues Ensuring availabilities of required material and tools Manpower planning based on schedule Train the operator based on requirement Following 3S and disciplines
