For more information, please visit For more information about FWD Hong Kong, please visit The Job Partner with business stakeholders across functions to proactively identify high‑impact GenAI and digital transformation opportunities Translate complex business problems into well‑defined solution, requirements, and target‑state workflows potentially combining GenAI, low‑code automation, and enterprise systems Accountable for end-to-end delivery of AI & digital initiatives – from developing and managing delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives Lead feasibility assessments covering technical complexity, data readiness, risk, and scalability. Support prioritization decisions for AI initiatives through recommendations and trade‑off analysis Act as the primary bridge between business, IT, data, risk/compliance, and external vendors. Resolve delivery, dependency, or risk issues proactively The Person 6-10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, business analysis, or project management, with accountability for delivering complex initiatives end‑to‑end Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycle, including solution architecture dependencies, data readiness, integration with enterprise systems, environment management, and vendor coordination Experience working in insurance is a plus or other regulated industries, with awareness of risk, compliance, and control considerations Experience managing a small team of solution delivery resources, with the ability to provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, workload prioritization, and delivery oversight Working knowledge of Microsoft M365 GenAI and Power Platform, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
