Key Responsibilities1. Interpretation & Standard Development SupportInterpret Cost Reporting and Controls policies, processes, and procedures defined by the CDU.Translate approved requirements into clear, structured, and implementable procedures, guidance notes, and supporting materials.Incorporate technical and governance inputs provided by senior CDU team members into draft procedures and standards.Ensure documentation aligns with QIC governance frameworks and Centre of Excellence expectations. 2. Review, Endorsement & Sign‑Off CoordinationCoordinate internal CDU reviews of cost reporting and control procedures.Support the process of obtaining formal endorsement from CDU leadership and required sign‑off from the QIC Centre of Excellence.Manage comments, revisions, and version control through the review and approval cycle.Maintain records of approvals and controlled document registers. 3. Business Unit Rollout & InterfaceSupport the controlled rollout of approved Cost Reporting and Controls procedures to Business Units.Act as a key point of contact between CDU and BU teams during implementation.Facilitate clarification discussions and structured feedback from Business Units.Support the incorporation of agreed adjustments or refinements, subject to CDU approval, while maintaining standardisation. 4. Procedures Maintenance & Continuous ImprovementMaintain the full suite of current Cost Reporting and Controls procedures, ensuring documents remain accurate, current, and controlled.Track change requests, improvement items, and lessons learned related to procedure application.Support periodic updates to procedures in line with governance decisions, system changes, or maturity improvements. 5. Reporting & Presentation SupportCoordinate and support the issuance of Cost Reporting outputs produced by the department.Prepare reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to support CDU leadership reviews and governance forums.Consolidate inputs from technical team members into clear, well‑structured management materials.
