Analyze variances, risks and opportunities; propose practical action items to support the monthly close; and coordinate with Pricing, Commercial Finance, Customer Service, Trade and Forecasting to determine whether any commercial, pricing or operational actions are required. Facilitate cross-functional follow-up on agreed actions and communicate key business impacts and recommendations in a timely manner. Other Operational Responsibilities: Key Finance contact supporting analysis related to wholesaler and channel performance. Assist in determining channel quantities for product launches and NPIs through collaboration with Customer Service Operations, Forecasting and Supply. Demonstrate leadership through influence, collaboration and effective cross-functional coordination. Support data quality initiatives and maintain strong understanding of available data sources and analytics tools. Ensure the integrity, completeness and accuracy of financial and operational information used in decision making.
