Throughput Simulation and Digital Factory Models: Ensure standards are consistently applied to all facilities with common KPI’s and metrics in place. Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, strategic planning, or industrial systems development within a high-stakes, high-precision production environment. Proven experience successfully leading complex engineering projects, defining functional requirements, or directly managing engineering personnel. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics Engineering, or a related technical field. Expert-level knowledge of automation, discrete event simulation, python scripting, material flow planning, 2D and 3D factory CAD systems. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience managing or driving highly automated, high-throughput "lights-out" manufacturing initiatives in an industrial setting. Hands-on familiarity with metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) and the unique automation challenges of powder-bed fusion or advanced post-processing operations.
