Monitor legislative, regulatory, tax, fiduciary, cybersecurity, data privacy, and market developments and coordinate required actions with internal and external partners. Use data, benchmarking, vendor analytics, issue trends, automation opportunities, and employee feedback to assess effectiveness and prioritize improvements. Advance financial wellbeing efforts tied to retirement readiness, savings behavior, employee education, digital tools, and clear decision support. Broader Total Rewards Support Support broader Global Total Rewards priorities as needed, including health and welfare, wellness, compensation, HR operations, vendor governance, employee communications, M&A integration, new country launches, and special projects.
