Manager, IT & Business Systems

Launch your IT career beyond the ordinary. At LifeStraw, you won't be confined to one specialty—you'll own enterprise systems, ERP, infrastructure, integrations, data, automation, and emerging AI initiatives. If you're curious, driven, and ready to make a visible impact while growing alongside a global purpose-driven company, we want to meet you. About LifeStraw LifeStraw is a global leader in water filtration products, serving consumers through major retail partners (Walmart, Costco, Target, REI, Bass Pro), digital channels (Amazon US/CA/EU, ), and expanding into the home water filtration category. At our core, we are a purpose-driven brand built on a give-back model; every product sold helps provide safe drinking water to communities in need, making impact an integral part of our DNA, not an add-on. We operate with an entrepreneurial, lean team at $50M–$75M in annual revenue and continue to grow. Our technology stack is centered on NetSuite as our ERP, with integrations across e-commerce platforms, fulfillment partners, and analytics tools. The Opportunity We’re looking for a sharp, curious, hands-on operator to own LifeStraw’s IT and business systems environment. This is a build-and-optimize role: you’ll inherit a functional but underleveraged technology landscape and make it work the way it should. You’ll be the single point of ownership for our IT infrastructure, NetSuite ERP, data integrity, and systems integrations. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their career who is hungry to own a system end-to-end, thrives in a smaller company where you can see the direct impact of your work, and brings a mix of technical skill and business instinct. We value curiosity, initiative, and a bias toward action. If you’re the kind of person who sees a broken process and can’t help but fix it, this is your role.
