Who You Are *3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, or a related role, ideally within beauty, consumer, retail, or another fast-paced brand. * An exceptional project manager who can confidently manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines at once. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ownership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * A clear, confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across creative teams, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership. * Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining a high bar for creative quality and execution. * Highly proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with Asana, , Workfront, or a similar project management platform. * Experience managing freelancers or external creative partners preferred; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. What Success Looks Like *You become a trusted operational partner across Marketing and Creative, the person people rely on to know what's happening, what needs to happen next, and what could get in the way. *Projects have clear owners and timelines. Creative requests are appropriately prioritized. Reviews are productive and prepared. Feedback doesn't get lost. Assets are organized and easy to find. Teams know what they owe and when they owe it. Risks are surfaced early rather than becoming last-minute emergencies. *Beyond keeping the trains running, you make the way we work better.
