Position Summary:
The Finway Group, a Strongpoint Partners company, is seeking a Manager, 3(16) Department to lead our growing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional fiduciary administration services. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, developing and coaching team members, ensuring outstanding client service, and driving operational excellence across the department.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep retirement plan knowledge, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for developing people while ensuring clients receive a best-in-class experience.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position for candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones only; due to the primary locations of our client teams, preference will be given to those in the Atlanta area who are able to work on a hybrid schedule.

Pay Transparency Statement:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000–$70,000 annually. At Strongpoint Partners, salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined based on geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Total compensation includes base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
