Job Purpose / Mục đích công việc The Manager – Digital Platform & Integration is responsible for developing and governing digital platforms, system integration and data exchange capabilities that enable business growth, operational excellence and seamless customer experience. The role acts as the bridge between Business, Technology and external partners to ensure scalable digital capabilities are successfully implemented and adopted. Digital Platform Roadmap EN Develop and maintain the digital platform roadmap aligned with business strategy. Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities. Recommend scalable platform solutions supporting long-term growth. Benchmark market best practices and emerging technologies. Market benchmark and recommendation paper for platform enhancement opportunities. Báo cáo tham chiếu thị trường và đề xuất các cơ hội nâng cấp nền tảng. 2. Platform Lifecycle Management EN Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business platforms. Prioritize enhancement backlog. Coordinate release planning and deployment. Monitor platform stability and performance. VI Quản lý toàn bộ vòng đời của các nền tảng nghiệp vụ. Ưu tiên danh mục yêu cầu phát triển. Digital Enablement EN Drive adoption of digital solutions across business functions. Coordinate user onboarding and training. Promote digital ways of working. Measure utilization and business impact. Data Integration & Exchange EN Lead data exchange initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate Data integration and system connectivity. Business Solution Enablement EN Translate business requirements into digital capabilities. Work with Technology teams to design appropriate solutions. Vendor & Stakeholder Management EN Coordinate with internal Technology teams and external vendors. Manage enhancement requests and issue resolutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
