## **About Airwallex** Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our [operating principles](https://www.airwallex.com/en-us/operating-principles) to see it in full. ## How you'll make impact You’ll own full-funnel B2B brandformance across programmatic display and video, CTV, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, connecting upper-funnel media to qualified pipeline and revenue. You’ll build and manage the campaign infrastructure and measurement systems behind that work, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, budgets, pacing, frequency, creative optimization, tagging, first-party audiences, lead enrichment, and signal flows between media platforms, Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics. You’ll investigate lead and account-level data, develop leading indicators of lead quality, and use AI and analytical approaches to make smarter investment decisions while B2B conversion cycles mature. You’ll design measurement and incrementality frameworks, build feedback loops between media performance and downstream outcomes, and partner closely with Marketing Operations, RevOps, Data Science, Analytics, and technical teams. You’ll work from our San Francisco office three days a week. ## What we're looking for ## Essentials - 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, brandformance, programmatic media, demand generation, or a related discipline. - Proven experience connecting upper-funnel media to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue through full-funnel campaign strategy and measurement. - Hands-on expertise with DV360 and programmatic media, including campaign architecture, insertion orders, line items, audience targeting, pacing, frequency, and optimisation. - Strong working knowledge of CTV and digital advertising measurement, including impression tracking, view-through measurement, conversion tracking, and attribution. - Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager and digital measurement implementation, including tagging requirements, QA, troubleshooting, and data validation. - Strong experience with Marketo and Salesforce and an understanding of how media, lead, account, opportunity, and attribution data connect across the funnel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate lead and account-level data and translate media signals into actionable insights. - Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Marketing, RevOps, Data Science, Analytics, and technical teams. ## Preferred - Experience with first-party audience activation, lead enrichment, firmographic and account data, and CRM-to-media integrations. - Experience designing or evaluating incrementality tests, lift studies, geo experiments, holdouts, or other causal measurement approaches. - Experience using AI, machine learning, predictive scoring, or advanced analytics to improve audience targeting or lead-quality assessment. - Experience building scalable measurement frameworks, tagging governance, and campaign QA processes across multiple channels or markets. - Experience in a complex B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology environment with longer sales cycles. ## You'll thrive here if - You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. - You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. - You're not precious about your ideas. You push hard for what you believe in, but you pivot fast when the data says otherwise. - You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details. - You simplify complexity rather than hiding behind it. ## Learn more about your team Marketing at Airwallex is a growth function, not a support one. The brief is ambitious: build the brand to match the platform, well-established in some markets and still emerging in others. This team leads across product marketing, brand, demand generation, and regional GTM: understanding what our platform actually does, then building the stories that make it land with real businesses, not just buyers on paper. They work closely with product, sales, and leadership, so the link between marketing activity and business outcome is direct. If you want to build a global brand through insight, sharp positioning, and creative that earns attention and trust, this is where marketing has real leverage. ## **Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters** *To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process.
