Manager, Pricing, Popeyes

Job description

Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world. Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities. RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc. We are building a new team focused on executing Popeyes' revamped pricing strategy. This team owns price implementation of the entire core menu and LTOs, and the success of every pricing round. Will work hand-in-hand with franchisees to share recommendations, walk through the rationale and strategy, and deliver guidance operators can understand and stand behind. You will have direct support from pricing leadership to ramp up and kick off franchisee conversations. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL . What You'll Do : Lead franchisee engagement and change management, bringing operators along through each pricing round and building the relationships that drive adoption. Translate pricing strategy into clear actions for franchisees, turning the model and rationale into guidance they can execute and stand behind. Own end-to-end price execution across ~3,000 restaurant locations, from recommendation to implementation to measurement, and defining corrective actions to enhance status-quo. Design and run market tests to simulate price changes in real restaurant environments before scaling. Confirm price changes go live correctly, giving cross-functional teams visibility on dates and verifying prices are live in-restaurant. Manage the price clustering algorithm that enables price changes at the individual store level. Resolve day-to-day franchisee pricing requests and exceptions, handling one-off asks while keeping the architecture intact. Coordinate and track guardrails and compliance: monitor price caps, floors, and locks, flag the implications of non-compliance, and drive the path forward to a solution. Communicate price changes to all stakeholders (POS team, franchise owners, cross-functional teams, and leadership) with a clear, tailored narrative for each audience. Create and present executive updates on business performance and pricing initiatives for the CMO and senior leadership. Partner with technology and engineering teams to keep the pricing front-end working properly, tag-team on enhancements, and monitor data accuracy and the right processes. Report on execution and impact: operator adoption, percentage of recommendations taken, and the effect on traffic, revenue, and profitability. What You'll Need to Succeed : 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Data Analytics, or related fields. Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Exceptional communication and storytelling. You build clear, compelling decks, one-pagers, and write-ups that distill complex analysis into executive-ready narratives, and you read the room to tailor the message. Pragmatic, common-sense leadership that drives engagement and adoption across cross-functional teams and franchisees. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to run multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and comfort with ambiguity. Deep understanding of menu architecture, promotional pricing, and consumer value perception in QSR (industry experience in retail, food service, or QSR is highly preferred). Comfort understanding and managing a clustering algorithm; a track record with predictive modeling, machine learning, and forecasting is a strong plus. Advanced Excel, SQL/Snowflake, and Tableau. These are daily tools for this team; you should be excited to work hands-on with data. Encouraged but not required: a consulting background, QSR experience, skilled in leading franchisee conversations in a franchised system, and knowledge of pricing rounds and concepts. A willingness to learn and genuine excitement for driving growth and revenue matter most. #Popeyes Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
