About the Team The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds the foundational technologies that power our end-to-end customer journey. Within this organization, our Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns the core, cross-cutting capabilities that intelligently drive and optimize every individual customer interaction. Alongside them, the Experience Platforms team ensures the absolute quality, consistency, and analytical depth of our customer-facing digital channels and communication delivery systems. Together, these teams fuse advanced data, AI, and robust front-end engineering to deliver seamless digital experiences. Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management; $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management; $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management; $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management; $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management; $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
