About The Role: The Lead Intelligence Product Manager w ill drive the execution for transforming how Capital One acquires, enriches, and acts on business sales lead data. Today, our prospect pipeline relies on manual batch processes and fragmented lead channels; the Lead Intelligence Product Manager will partner with Engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline. In this role, the Product Manager will partner closely with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to transition our go-to-market data engine from current state into a continuously refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queue—delivering high-intent, verified prospect context to Relationship Managers and downstream digital channels. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
