Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Demand Area/AccountVoice & Conversation Banking (CCT - Pillar 2) Must-have Skills: A Lead BA with at least 4-5 yrs in the capacity as a Lead. Has worked in Transformation BA space and lead /guided a team of BA’s in a programme/project construct. Comes with experience working in a large global organization like ours (preferably in Banking domain).Good-to-have Skills: Understanding of Contact Center Domain OR Worked in any Banking domain that interfaces with Contact Center. Chatbot & Voicebot exposure, NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure, RM Chat (Whatsapp), Genesys Cloud. Comes with Technical Analysis Background To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Experience Engineering manager with 12+ years work exp Location:PAN India What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
