We're here to raise the bar, and we're hiring the people who will raise it with us. ## **What You'll Do:** - Lead a pod, owning everything it produces and everyone who produces it — across the full employer-immigration spectrum for corporate clients. - Manage client relationships directly where it matters most, and setting the quality bar for the attorneys working alongside you. - Develop and coach the attorneys in your pod: setting the standard, reviewing the hard calls, and growing people toward their next level. - Work with leadership to produce pod-level quality and outcomes as a single unit — so your team hits its volume and quality targets.. - Retain and motivate talent so attorneys grow, do their best work, and want to stay. - Set the pace and model Manifest's values, spreading tech, speed, and innovation through how your team works day to day. - Partner with firm leadership to grow the Manifest brand, align your pod to firm culture and standards, and work with the talent team on referrals and network-building. ## **What We're Looking For** - J.D. and active U.S. bar admission - 10+ years of experience with deep expertise across employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients, plus a strong grasp of employer compliance obligations - A track record of leading and growing attorneys: you've managed people, raised their performance, and been measured on team outcomes rather than your individual docket - Strong judgment on case strategy and quality — you can review work, catch what's weak, and tell an attorney how to make it stronger - Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment - You treat Manifest's AI tools and technology as a genuine performance multiplier and push your pod to do the same ## **Why Attorneys Join Manifest** ● **Higher-agency work** | Intake, document collection, status tracking, and client updates run through Manifest OS — the administrative weight of practice is reduced. If that's you, we want to hear from you. ## **Compensation & Pay Transparency** *Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is **$185K - $235K USD**. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role.
