 **Location: Urbana, IA** We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as a **Manufacturing Associate**. This role blends hands-on sewing and packaging responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. Training begins in strap manufacturing/packing and continues until satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. Because we produce a wide range of products, attention to detail and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive, dynamic environment are critical. - Embody [Clickstop's Core Values and Code](https://clickstop.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/The-Clickstop-Code.pdf) while holding yourself and your peers accountable for quality results. - Demonstrate solid attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks and working toward daily output targets. - Uphold quality and safety standards while contributing ideas for continuous improvement. **Primary Areas of Focus:** Tie Down Manufacturing - Read and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy. - Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps. - Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality. - Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods. Tie Down Packing - Properly document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt. - Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting. - Utilize NetSuite and ShipHawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory. - Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow. Cargo Nets & Nylon Slings - Read and audit work orders for accuracy. - Operate sewing machines to assemble products according to manufacturing procedures. - Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality. - Pack products while performing frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting. As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned. **Physical Requirements:** - Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. - Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines. - Sit or stand for the majority of the shift. - Frequently bend, reach, twist, kneel, and squat. - Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms. - Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment. **Equipment:** Ability to learn and operate powered industrial equipment, including industrial sewing machines, cutters, winders, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. **Why Clickstop?** At Clickstop, we believe work should be a purpose-driven experience.
