Job Title: Plant Simulation Model Engineer Job Code: 42602 Job Location: Camden, AR Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hours day, 4 days a week Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with expertise in Siemens Plant Simulation to support modeling and optimization of product flow through a complex rocket motor manufacturing facility. This role will develop, validate, and maintain discrete-event simulation models that represent manufacturing operations, material flow, equipment, labor, and production constraints. We are scaling strategically with speed and precision, making this an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering for our customers. Essential Functions Develop and maintain Siemens Plant Simulation models for complex manufacturing flow Build logic for product routing, resource utilization, material handling, queues, buffers, and process dependencies Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks, capacity limitations, labor constraints, and WIP buildup Recommend and evaluate mitigation actions such as staffing changes, equipment reallocation, buffer sizing, sequencing improvements, and capital investments Perform what-if and trade study analyses to support production rate changes, facility improvements, and long-range capacity planning Validate model performance using production data and collaborate with operations, engineering, and planning teams to deliver actionable recommendations Ability to obtain a government security clearance Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. 1+ year of Siemens Plant Simulation experience. Preferred Additional Skills Experience in aerospace, defense, propulsion, or other regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with rocket motor manufacturing or similarly complex production systems Knowledge of capacity analysis, production scheduling, and continuous improvement methods Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python Demonstrated expertise with Siemens Plant Simulation Experience developing simulation logic for complex product flow in manufacturing environments Strong background in constraint identification, bottleneck analysis, and mitigation planning Ability to analyze manufacturing data and translate model outputs into practical recommendations #LI-WN1
