We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. We are looking for an ambitious, experienced manufacturing process technician to join our team. In this role, you will join a team of highly skilled process technicians and engineers. We are looking for quick learners with a proven ability to work with less support. This role involves working directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds and assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs. ### Responsibilities: - Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed. - Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues. - Work with team members and independentlywith a high degree of finitiative to supporrt and maintian good manufacturing processes and continuout improvements. - Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)'s and safety procedures. ### Requirements: - Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply. (*Preferred: Bachelor's Degree*) - Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures. (*Preferred: Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.)* - Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation experience are highly desired. - Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.
