# Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level) > Hire · Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid) · Full-time · Posted 2026-01-07 **Salary:** EUR 70,000–100,000 **Workplace:** hybrid **Department:** Manufacturing & Supply Chain ## Description Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations in hiring experienced **Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals** to join their Germany-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership and management roles. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and occupational health and safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** Successful candidates will be responsible for: - Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations - Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow - Optimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and delivery performance - Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams - Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives - Ensuring compliance with German labour regulations, EU directives, occupational safety requirements, and ISO standards - Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance - Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation - Leading, mentoring, and supporting supervisors, planners, engineers, and operational teams - Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventative actions - Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements ## Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline - 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations - Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Manufacturing or Production Management - Supply Chain Management or Planning - Procurement or Strategic Sourcing - Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations - Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering - Quality Engineering or Quality Management - Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within Germany or the EU - Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies - Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems (e.g. SAP is highly advantageous) - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in structured, regulated, and cross-functional environments - Professional proficiency in **English** is required; **German language skills** are highly advantageous ## Apply [Apply at Hire ](https://apply.workable.com/hire-resolve-the-top-recruitment-agency/j/3422016AAC/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
