Job Title: Manufacturing Technician C Job Code: 44032 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week (1st or 2nd shift) Job Description: L3Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician A who will assemble, align, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies on the production floor, following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure the finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements Essential Functions: Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions Assemble and test components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational, quality, and cosmetic requirements Continuously perform visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components Complete fine/complex assemblies with small components and apply bond/adhesives potentially with use of a microscope Make fine adjustments while simultaneously monitoring computer/screen output of unit results Operate complex active alignment stations and tooling Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives Use, read, and interpret oscilloscopes and other measurement devices/tools Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies Perform basic computer activities with programs provided Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment as required Complete basic testing operations by loading units, starting test programs, and evaluating basic pass/fail criteria Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of prior relevant experience Preferred Additional Skills: Demonstrated proficiency at completing 1-3 different operations within a work cell Entry-level soldering with certification, if applicable
