This position is responsible for the co-ordination of both production and sales forces to maximize the sales and profits of the onboard photo department. The Photo Manager must work towards achieving profitable results for the Cruise Line while maintaining full compliance and professional integrity of all policies. Quality Customer Service. Trainings of the Photographers and new hires. Maintain positive staff attitudes at all times and monitor the levels of enthusiasm carried by the team. Negative attitudes must be dealt with quickly and convincingly. Retail and Production Inventory Control. Gallery and Lab workflow. Work schedules of all photographers and Asst. Photo Mgr. Photo department administration and reporting. Lab Failure Procedures. Revenue Targets LMS and Kiosk Operation etc. REQUIEREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old Relevant ship experience is preferred Good level of English language Ship experience is preferred Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
