MARGARITAVILLE - YOUTH COUNSELOR

As a Youth Counselor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, engagement, and supervision of children and teenagers (ages 3-17) participating in the ship’s youth program. Plan and lead engaging activities for different age groups. Maintain inventory and manage supplies needed for youth programs. Support the Cruise Staff in activities as needed. Interact with guests during operational hours while maintaining a professional demeanor. Participate in all passenger and crew safety drills. Maintain cleanliness and safety in designated youth program areas. Attend departmental meetings and adhere to assigned shipboard drills. Contribute ideas to enhance revenue generation and cost efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management etc. ⚓ REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old Relevant ship experience is preferred Good level of English language Ship experience is preferred Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
