Equipment Skills: Proven ability to safely run tractors/trackhoes and operate commercial-sized vessels. Mindset: A strong focus on final product quality control, zero cutting corners, and excellent communication with leadership. Why Apply? Ground-Floor Opportunity with Equity Potential: We are a rapidly growing marine construction company. For the right leader who proves they can produce, stay organized, and maintain quality, there is a real path toward equity ownership/investment in the business. Be a True Lead, Not Just a Laborer: Our current lead carpenter is moving up to run sales and business operations. We need an expert who wants to take ownership of the field operations, enforce quality control, and lead projects with autonomy. Local Work & Great Equipment: 95% of our jobs keep you home in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas every night. Plus, you'll be working with specialized, premium equipment—including large 20x40 barges and advanced hydraulic boat lift systems.
